John Udelson

President and Founder

Working in the valet industry over thirteen years ago, John saw the need for something bigger than moving cars into spaces. He defined it as welcoming services. In 1997, he founded Curbside on the premise of where the best first impressions are made. Today, John focuses on extending that vision through customer-centric strategy and culture, business development, new service offerings and key partnerships.

He’s on the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of the National Parking Association (NPA) and the National Valet Parking Association (NVPA). He is also a member of the International Association for Healthcare Security & Safety (IAHSS).

David M. Ryan

Director of Client Relations

Dave has held leadership positions in the security and parking industries for over 23 years. Prior to joining Curbside, Dave worked for 18 years at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston serving as a Manager in the Police, Security and Outside Services Department. Focusing on training and customer service, Dave’s goal is to ensure that all customers and clients recognize Curbside as the service-provider leader in the valet parking industry.

Dave is a board member of the New England Parking Council, and is a member of the International Parking Institute (IPI), the International Association for Healthcare Security & Safety (IAHSS) and the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS). Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Westfield State College.

Lawrence Crimmins

VP of Business Development

Lawrence has over 10 years of experience with advancing the health care industry. Prior to joining Curbside he was Director of Development for Major and Planned Gifts at Children’s Hospital Trust Boston. Before Children’s, Lawrence was charged with developing relationships of support for Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Lawrence now leads the Business Development team, including Sales, Marketing and Client Relations. He holds a B.S. in Spanish and Latin American Studies from Denison University and a MS from Columbia University in Fundraising Management for Nonprofit Administration.

Ryan Gramaglia

VP of OPERATIONS 

 

Ryan has over 11 years operational and customer service experience.  Prior to joining Curbside he was the Director of Account Management at Circles (a Sodexo company).  While at Circles, he held numerous positions which focused on client relations, customer experience, operational efficiencies, employee morale and employee retention.  Ryan leads Curbside's operations team and oversees all day-to-day operational processes, employee development, customer experience and client satisfaction.  He holds a B.S. from The State University of NY (at Plattsburgh) in International Business and Economics.

Leanne Gent

Senior Vice President of Administrative Services

Leanne has over seven years of management experience in the service industry. Prior to joining Curbside, she was the Human Resources Manager for Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc. While at Starwood, she held positions at three hotels and was responsible for employee relations, recruitment, compensation, benefits administration, recognition and training and development. As a certified trainer, she facilitated guest service training courses and championed the development of internal talent.

Leanne holds a B.S. in Mass Communication from Emerson College.

Marianne Barnett

VP of Sales

Marianne has been in Sales and Sales Management for over 20 years with a leading Healthcare services provider.  Her area of expertise is in successfully selling complex services to Hospital and Healthcare providers across the US. She has also been responsible for the implementation inside each hospital facility in coordination with the Operations team responsible to launch the service.
