Assistant Manager
Scope of Position:The Assistant Account Manager supports the Account Manager to ensure the smooth operation of a specific account or location in accordance with Curbside policies and procedures. This fast-paced role requires the juggling of multiple duties including those related to operations, staffing, clients and customers. Working with the Account Manager, the Assistant Manager ensures that all account criteria and expectations are consistently met or exceeded. The assistant manager will support the Account Manager through recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, motivating and evaluating their teams. The Assistant Manager must lead by example and do whatever it takes to ensure that customers have an exceptional customer service experience.
