This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is incorporated by reference into the Terms and Conditions of Use of Curbside Hospitality’s website at www.curbside.com (“Terms of Use”). Your use of the Curbside.com (the “Site”) constitutes your agreement to those Terms of Use, and therefore, your agreement to this Policy.

Curbside takes the privacy of our site visitors and customers (collectively, “Users”) very seriously. In this Policy we identify that types of information that we may collect from Users, and how we use that information. To better serve Users, Curbside may collect two basic types of information from Users:

Curbside may use your information, including personally identifiable information collected with your knowledge, for business purposes including, without limitation, for the following purposes.

We may choose to share your information, including any personally identifiable information you may willingly and knowingly share with us, with third parties who need to know such information to assist us or you with conducting our business, including our Internet web site hosting company, our credit card and check processing companies (if applicable), and third parties that assist with our services. These parties only use the information for the purpose of providing services to Curbside or to Users.

If you do not wish for Curbside to share your information with the third parties noted above, please do not submit your personal information to Curbside.

From time to time, Curbside may enter into agreements with third party providers of web analytic and other similar services. If Curbside enters into such an agreement, Curbside may share your information, including personally identifiable information that you may voluntarily provide (if applicable), with the provider or such provider may have access to and collect your information on behalf of Curbside. Your information, including any personally identifiable information that you may voluntarily provide to us, may be stored with the provider. Before sharing or storing any customer information with a third party provider, Curbside shall take steps intended to ensure that any provider agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of this privacy policy. Additionally, Curbside generally requires any third party provider of web analytic or other similar services to maintain industry standard security procedures to protect your information.

Finally, Curbside reserves the right to transfer information about Users, including any personally identifiable information you knowingly share with us, in the event of a sale, transfer or disposition of our assets. Moreover, if Curbside, or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Curbside goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, customer information, including personally identifiable information, would be one of the assets that is transferred to, or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Curbside may continue to use your personally identifiable information as set forth in this policy.

We may occasionally want to send you communications about our Site, or Services, promotions, contests, surveys and the like, and/or regarding services available through or advertised at Curbside. All of our e-mail contains clear information on how to unsubscribe, and we honor all requests to unsubscribe as quickly as possible. If you receive e-mail from us and wish to unsubscribe, either follow the unsubscribe instructions in the e-mail, e-mail us, call us or send us a note via postal mail to inform us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company. In cases where there are substantial material changes to our policy with regard to the manner in which Curbside handles personally identifiable information, Curbside will provide prominent notice of the changes on our website.
